03 / HOW TO USE IT
How to use it
Select the images you want to combine. You can choose several files at once, but the tool accepts only JPG, JPEG, PNG, and WEBP. Once selected, the images appear in a list, each with a Remove button. There is no drag-and-drop reordering; the order in the list is the order you added them, and that becomes the page order in the PDF.
The tool has no settings to change. You just select your images and the PDF is created. While it works, no percentage is shown; the process runs in the tab and completes without any upload.
04 / WHAT HAPPENS TO YO
What happens to your files
Every image is processed inside your browser's own tab. The PDF code that assembles the pages runs locally, so your original images and the resulting PDF never leave your device. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored on a server, and when you close the tab, any working copy is discarded.
Because the work happens in your tab, there is a practical ceiling on total file size: the tool checks that each image is up to 50 MB and that the total of everything you select is about 150 MB. If your selection exceeds that total, the images beyond the limit are left out of the list, and the tool tells you so.
05 / HOW PAGES ARE PROD
How pages are produced
Each image you add becomes one page in the PDF, in the order they appear in the list. There is no page limit because the input is images, not a paged document. Each page is sized to its image, but never larger than A4, and the image is centred on the page. This means if you mix portrait and landscape images, you'll get a document with mixed page sizes.
JPEG and PNG images are embedded directly. A WebP image is converted to PNG first, so all three formats work, but you may notice a slight difference in file size for WebP inputs.
06 / WHAT THIS TOOL CAN
What this tool cannot do
This tool has a few limitations worth knowing before you start. It does not reorder images: you cannot drag them into a new order, so if you need a specific sequence, add them in that order. It does not allow you to adjust page size, margins, or orientation; each page simply fits its image up to A4. It does not combine multiple images onto one page or split a single image across pages.
If your selection is too large—more than about 150 MB in total—some images will not be included. The page will tell you which ones are left out, but you will need to reduce the number or size of files and try again.
07 / WHAT TO DO IF THE
What to do if the result looks wrong
If your PDF pages are not in the order you expected, check the order in the list before you convert. Since there is no reordering, the order of the list is final. If an image seems missing, look for a message about images being left out because of the total size limit.
If a WebP image did not look right, remember that WebP files are converted to PNG, so there is a small chance of a visual difference. For most images, the conversion is lossless, but it is worth checking a converted page if the original had transparency or unusual colour profiles.
08 / ABOUT THE FORMATS
About the formats
The tool accepts JPG, JPEG, PNG, and WEBP. JPEG and PNG are embedded directly, WebP is converted to PNG beforehand. The size limits are per file (50 MB) and per batch (about 150 MB total). These are checked in the browser before any processing starts, so you will know immediately if a file is too large.
There are no other format options. If you need to convert other image types, such as GIF or TIFF, you would need to convert them first to one of the supported formats.
FAQ
Common questions
Will this converter reduce image quality?
No. The tool embeds JPEG and PNG images directly without recompression, so quality remains the same. WebP images are converted to PNG, which is lossless, so no additional quality loss is introduced beyond the original WebP.
Can I convert HEIC or GIF files?
No, this tool only accepts JPG, JPEG, PNG, and WEBP. You must convert other formats to one of these before using the tool.
Why are some of my images not in the PDF?
The tool has a limit of about 150 MB for the total size of all selected images. If your selection exceeds that, images beyond the limit are left out, and the page tells you which ones. Reduce the number of files or use smaller files and try again.
Why is my PDF page size not what I expected?
Each page is sized to its image but never larger than A4. If an image is larger than A4, it is scaled down to fit. If your image is portrait, the page will be portrait; if landscape, the page will be landscape. Mixing orientations results in mixed page sizes.
Can I change the order of images after adding them?
No. There is no reordering feature. The order in the list is the order you added them, and that becomes the page order. Remove and re-add images if you need a different order.
Is my file uploaded to a server?
No. Everything runs inside your browser tab. Images are not uploaded, so nothing is stored on a server. When you close the tab, the working copy is discarded.
Why is there no progress bar?
The tool runs entirely in your browser tab and does not display a percentage or progress bar. It simply processes your images and produces the PDF. You will see the result when it is ready.
